Magnets pull on some metals, like iron. Many fridge doors have steel inside, and steel contains iron! What could we safely test with a magnet?

Designed for kids. With grown-ups in the loop.

Age-appropriate teaching rules, gentle redirects for unsafe topics, and no requests for private details. AI can make mistakes; Friday supports your child’s learning, not replaces your guidance.

A few things you might be wondering

What ages is Friday for?

Friday is designed for children ages 6–12. Each topic has a starting point for each age, informed by public education standards. Friday also uses saved learning and your child's answers to revisit ideas or offer a little more challenge. Age is a starting point, not a fixed measure of ability.

Can I add more than one child?

Yes. Create one parent account and add as many child profiles as your family needs. Each child has their own age settings, learning history, topic progress, and Quest.

Does a wrong quiz answer still count toward the Quest?

Yes! Trying a quiz is part of learning. Saved facts, stories, pictures, skills, and quiz attempts all move the Quest forward. Friday can revisit missed ideas, and you can see them in your parent portal. Quest steps celebrate participation; they aren't a school grade.

How does Friday approach child safety?

Friday is instructed to keep learning age-appropriate, redirect unsafe or adult topics, and never ask for private details such as an address or school name. AI can still make mistakes. A parent or trusted grown-up should stay involved, and Friday isn't a replacement for a teacher or professional advice.
